• appointments for food on Monday, Wednesday or Friday
• no walk-ins for food pick-up; please call first and leave your name and phone number
• messages will be checked between 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday
• there is no on-call after hours or weekend access

Smiths Falls Community Food Bank:

• open Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 1pm to 3pm and Monday from 5pm-7pm
• two people in at a time
• pre-bundled food packages
• clients must provide original ID for all household members and a piece of mail with a
  current address
• if a client cannot come themselves, they must provide a signed letter giving someone
  else permission

The Lighthouse Café:

• open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm
• diapers up to size 4 and wipes

Access to Fresh Fruit and Vegetables at Reduced Price

GOOD FOOD BOX PROGRAM
Operated by the Smiths falls Lions Club; this program offers fresh fruit and vegetables at warehouse cost.

• $20 per box
• Order and payment due 2nd Tuesday of each month (Money is due upon ordering. Boxes cannot be held.)

• In person: 2nd and the 4th Tuesday at the Lions Club from 9-11 am
• Pickup 3rd Tuesday of each month.
• Good food box items vary pending what is in season. You will always get potatoes, carrots and onions.
